![]() WARRANT ARREST - On Monday, May 22, 2023, at about 4:25 pm, deputies were dispatched to the Benton County Parole and Probation Office at 180 NW 5th Street, Corvallis, to contact Amathist Jamey Danyel Lahodny, 24, who had two warrants for her arrest. The resident obtained this information from his Ring security cam disturbed era. The female then left it did not appear anything had been removed from the house. The resident reported an unknown female entered his unlocked house around 2:30 pm and remained inside for a few minutes. Talley was later criminally cited for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants.ĬRIMINAL TRESPASS 1 - On Monday, May 22nd, 2023, at approximately 4:30 pm, deputies responded to the 24600 block of Stovall Lane, Philomath, for a report of a burglary. Tyler Talley crashed his truck off the west side of the road and was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital by his mother to be treated for minor injuries. After confirming this warrant and obtaining a court date and time, deputies issued him a citation.ĪCCIDENT VEHICLE INJURY - On May 26th, 2023, deputies were dispatched to Bellfountain Road near Milepost 11 in Monroe. Deputies learned Tuttle had a cite and release warrant for his arrest for contempt of court out of Albany Municipal Court. WARRANT ARREST - On Saturday, May 27th, 2023 at around 5:40 pm, deputies stopped Charles Tuttle, 33, near 3rd and Cummings, Corvallis, for failure to display plates (no front plate). Deputies cited George in lieu of custody for driving while suspended misdemeanor. ![]() Deputies also cited Jones` passenger, Eden Grace Kolber, 18, for being a minor in possession of alcohol.ĭWS MIS - On Saturday, May 27th, 2023, at around 6:15 pm, deputies stopped Delvis George, 36, near 3rd and Alexander, Corvallis, for driving while suspended. Deputies later cited the driver, Devyn Monet Jones, 18, for several traffic violations and for being a minor in possession of alcohol. MINOR IN POSS OF LIQUOR - On Sunday, May 28, 2023, at about 2:15 am, deputies stopped a black Porsche SUV on NW 9th Street near Grant Avenue for driving 53 MPH in a 30 MPH zone. Edgmand was taken into custody and lodged at the Benton County jail for Disorderly Conduct. Deputies spoke to multiple witnesses and viewed a cell phone video of Edgmand walking in the roadway, shirtless, chasing a vehicle. ![]() There, deputies contacted Craig Edgmand, 42, who was extremely intoxicated. After further investigation, a 20-year-old Philomath resident was driving west on Grange Hall Rd when he fell asleep and crashed into the ditch, totaling his truck.ĭISORDERLY CONDUCT 2 - On at approximately 8:30 P.M., deputies were dispatched to the area of Alsea Deadwood Highway and Highway 34 in Alsea for a welfare check. He was subsequently cited in lieu of custody with a new court date and time.ĪCCIDENT VEHICLE NO INJ - On at approximately 5:17 am, deputies responded to a non-injury crash in the 25000 block of Grange Hall Rd. Carnahan had a cite and release Albany Municipal Court warrant for Contempt of court. WARRANT ARREST - On at around 2:22 PM, deputies were conducting extra patrol at Hyak Park on foot and located Benjamin Carnahan, 34. There were no injuries to anyone involved. Both vehicles were badly damaged and subsequently towed. Upon arrival, deputies determined one driver had rear-ended another. Deputies transported Engle to the Linn County Jail, where he was released to the care of the Linn County Jail staff.ĪCCIDENT VEHICLE NO INJ - On May 31st, 2023 at around 7:50 AM, deputies were dispatched to 100 NE Lewisburg Ave for a report of a motor vehicle crash with possible injuries. A Linn County Deputy reported he had probable cause to arrest Christopher Scott Engle, 40, for violating the stalking order he has with another party. VIOL COURT STALKING PROTECT ORDER - On May 31, 2023, around 5:30 PM, deputies were dispatched to the 26400 block of Alpine Cutoff Road, Monroe, to assist the Linn County Sheriff`s Office with a violation of a stalking order. This report does not reflect all Sheriff's Office activities and is updated as time and personnel allow.
